Pet Policy

Dog Breed Restrictions: The following is a list of dog breeds (pure or mixed) that we cannot accept due to insurance purposes. In addition, our company reserves the right to refuse any breed/mix we feel would adversely effect the environment of our buildings and/or may go against our insurance agreement.

Pit Bull Terrier
Doberman
Rottweiler
German Shepard
Husky
Akita
Chow
Malmute
Staffordshire Terrier
Bull Terrier
American Bully / American Bull Dog

Weight and Other Restrictions:

Dogs: Weighing over 40 lbs when fully grown are restricted to lower units where dogs are accepted.

Cats: All cats must be spayed/neutered and if not declawed, provide other sources for cat scratching.

Pet Rent:

Dogs: $45.00 per month per dog.
Cats: $20.00 per month per cat.
